Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from synlearns.ai ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Synaptic Learning Systems LLC ("SLS", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Services

SLS provides digital educational materials for CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) exam preparation. Our products include the CCRN Vector / Velocity Pack and related study materials. All products are delivered digitally. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Purchases & Payment

The $79 USD introductory course offer has limited availability. Enrollment requires a signed trial agreement and consent to collect diagnostic and test-performance information. Introductory enrollment is currently paused while we complete the payment authorization and emailed agreement setup. The planned flow places a temporary $79 hold and completes payment after signature and diagnostic consent automatically approve enrollment within the stated deadline, up to 24 hours. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. All prices are in USD and include applicable digital delivery. You will receive an email confirmation and access instructions upon successful payment.

A one-time course purchase includes six calendar months of course access from account activation, with no automatic renewal. Your learning space displays your access end date. This access term is separate from the Pass Guarantee eligibility window described below.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is governed by our Pass Guarantee. If you fail the CCRN exam twice within 12 months of purchase and provide official AACN documentation, you are eligible for a full refund. See our complete Refund Policy for details. Outside of the Pass Guarantee, all sales of digital products are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and software on this Site are the intellectual property of Synaptic Learning Systems LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

SLS provides educational preparation materials only. We do not guarantee passage of the CCRN exam (outside of our Pass Guarantee refund policy). Our materials are not a substitute for clinical experience or formal nursing education. CCRN is a certification of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN). SLS is not affiliated with or endorsed by the AACN.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
