# Refund Policy

Effective March 2026 | Synaptic Learning Systems LLC

## Pass Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our CCRN preparation material. If you purchase the CCRN Vector / Velocity Pack, complete the coursework, and fail the CCRN examination twice, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.

## Conditions for Refund

- 01You must have purchased a CCRN Vector / Velocity Pack directly from Synaptic Learning Systems via our website.

- 02You must provide official documentation of two (2) failed CCRN exam attempts from the AACN. This includes score reports or failure notifications bearing your name and exam date.

- 03Both exam attempts must occur within 12 months of your purchase date.

- 04Refund requests must be submitted to [info@synlearns.ai](mailto:info@synlearns.ai) within 30 days of the second failed exam attempt.

## Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving valid documentation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to verify all submitted documentation with the AACN.

## General Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds outside of the Pass Guarantee described above. All sales are final unless the Pass Guarantee conditions are met.
